Frequently asked questions.

How big are the Bell Tents?

The Bell Tents we hire out are 5 metres. These will require a clear, flat, real grass surface of 7 metres X 7 metres, with 2 metres of height clear above. These can sleep up to 8 in our Sleepover Tent, or seat 12 people for dining in our Graze Tents.

What if I do not have enough room for a Bell Tent event?

Our Luxe Picnic Setups are a great addition to a Bell Tent but also a fantastic alternative to celebrate all of your events. We can also hire out a Teepee in addition. If space is an issue for a Picnic setup, we are very happy to set up at a hotel or venue of choice.

Can you pitch a Bell Tent on artificial grass?

Unfortunately, we cannot set up our Bell Tent on artificial grass. We need to anchor our tents into the ground with pegs, so it is nice and secure. Therefore, this would create holes in your artificial grass.

How long does it take to set up for a Bell Tent/ indoor Teepee?

When setting up our Sleepover, Graze or Chill Out Tents, please allow between an hour and a half to two hours. For our indoor Teepee tents, please allow a minimum of an hour. We ask that you remove any personal items for the space we are setting up in and access to the area is clear and safe.


How many people can sleep inside a 5 Metre Bell Tent?

Our 5 metre Bell Tents can accommodate up to 8 people.  

How long does it take to set up a Luxe Picnic Party?

This varies on the number of people we are setting up for.  For 6 people please allow at least 45 minutes.  For larger parties please enquire and we will be able to give more exact timing.


Are animals allowed in the tent?

No, unfortunately not.  No animals are permitted inside of the tent.  As you can appreciate some people are allergic and we need to make sure that the environment is kept safe for all to enjoy.

Can we use the Indoor Teepee’s outside?

No, I am afraid not.  Our indoor teepee’s are not designed for outdoor weather, but if you are wanting to sleep outside, have a look at our Bell Tent hire.

Do I need a power supply?

A power supply is not required for a sleepover as all of our lights are battery operated.  The only time when a power source is required is when our Outdoor Cinema package is required.

What areas do you cover?

We cover a 15-mile radius included in our prices.  We are happy to travel but this will incur travel charges of 50p per mile.

What do our Prices Include?

Our prices include delivery within a 15mile radius, setup, clear away and collection.  Further distances will be charged at 50p per mile.  Please enquire for further information.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our Bell Tents are designed for all weathers.  We will only cancel an event if the forecast is dangerous.

Are your Set-Ups available all year round?

Our Bell Tents are available for hire between April and the end of September.  Our Luxe Picnic setups and Teepee tents are available all year round.

When is payment required?

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your event.  

What happens if I have paid my deposit but need to change the date?

This is not a problem.  If you need to change the date of your event, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will be happy to work with you to find an alternative date.  Please be aware that existing bookings will need to be considered.
